AutoOrdering® - Do this First!

It's likely after your first sale and your first attempt at Auto Ordering (AO) through Price Yack (PY) that you will see the error message "account_locked_verification_required"  on your "Orders" page.

This means Amazon has locked your account and PriceYak is unable to log into it and place your order.

Simply, follow one of the below steps, even before you start having sales, to prevent this issue from ever happening.  But eventually, either way, it will happen and the below step(s) will need to be followed.

  • Recommended: forward all emails from your Amazon account email to email@quail.zinc.io. AutoOrdering will automatically parse the incoming email and fill in the code. For instructions on how to forward from a Gmail account, see this article. If you are already forwarding emails to quail.zinc.io for tracking upload or other features, then you are done!
  • Alternative: enable 2FA on your fulfillment accounts and let PriceYak generate your 2FA code when your account is locked out. For instructions on setting this up, CLICK HERE.
